Service Plan

Executive Plan:

 $140.00 per month (Six month minimum)
  • Two site visits per week for any months chosen.
  • 2 additional visits per month per contract term at no charge.*
  • 1 Alarm response per contract at no extra charge.*
  • Heat monitor checked once per week (with purchase of monitor)
  • Any vendor visits charged at $35 per visit*
  • Any additional site visits charged at $20 per visit*
*Not including weekend or holiday.
Winter Plan:

 $90.00 per month for the months of December, January, February and March.
$60.00 for the other months.
  • Two site visits per week for months of December, January, February, and March.
  • One site visit per week for any additional months chosen
  • Any vendor visits charged at $40 per visit*
  • Any additional site visits charged at $25 per visit*

*Not including weekend or holiday.

$40.00 per month: Upgrade to two visits per month outside of plan. (i.e. if you would like us to check two times per month in November) Please specify month(s).

Nauset Plan:

 $60.00 per month
  • One site visit per week
  • Any vendor visits charged at $40 per visit *
  • Any additional site visits charged at $25 per visit*.

$45.00 per month: Upgrade to two visits per month outside of plan. Please specify month(s).

Vacation Plan: $30.00 per week
  • One site visit per week
  • Any vendor visits charged at $50 per visit. *
  • Any additional site visits charged at $25 per visit.*
